Michael has been in the Executive Search and Consulting business for over 23 years. Michael founded Tribeca Ltd. In 1989 and has been responsible for business development, financial management, operations, and strategy. During the past 20 years, Tribeca Ltd. has participated in projects for more than 250 clients.

FRED LANG
Fred Lang is a Senior Operations and Technology Executive with an extensive career in the healthcare industry and experience in the behavioral, ambulatory care, insurance and IT business sectors. He has successfully planned and directed projects involving software architecture and development, infrastructure design, help desk applications, voice and data communication solutions, practice management, revenue cycle management consulting, electronic health records implementation, strategic and tactical planning, administrative and clinical workflow strategies, and other services during his 20+ year career. Fred was Vice President of Information Services with the University of Chicago, Family First Healthcare, and worked with MedPower Information Services, Inc. as Vice President of Operations and Technical Services.

Frank Lentz
Frank has been in the placement/contracting business in excess of 30 years. He joined Control Data Corporation where he first managed an operation in Pennsylvania. He eventually acquired Control Data’s permanent placement division where he was able to expand the business to include contracting. Frank grew both permanent placement and contracting until the company was sold to a publicly owned corporation.

Traci HirTenstein
Traci Hirtenstein has over 12 years recruiting experience and in that time has been very influential in helping clients recruit the best talent within their respective space. She is repeatedly recognized by peers, clients and candidates alike as an "outstanding recruiter" who pays attention to "all of the details". Traci began her recruiting career in 1997 at Programming Alternatives placing IT professionals for permanent placement and contract work. Traci joined Tribeca Ltd. in 1999, placing IT, Finance and Engineering professionals.
